Creative Account Executive-New York City, NY
Role Description
Drive a current client portfolio and bring in new business by building a sales strategy that delivers the Mindlance value proposition to target clients
Ability to prospect, building relationships at all levels of an organization, and execute from long sales cycles within current customers, target clients, and new business
Build collaborative internal relationships and partner with the recruiting managers to ensure we deliver high quality talent to our clients
Negotiate contracts and rates with clients for new engagements
Contribute to overall company sales strategy within current client portfolio and participate as a critical part of the New Business Development team
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years successful Creative staffing sales experience
Proven track record of building relationships with business leaders and executive sponsors at large Enterprises Accounts, MSPs, and mid-market direct business
Self-motivated Creative sales executive that is driven by competition and has a proven track record of results
Experience building staffing solutions with a variety of skill sets that fall within Creative, Digital, and Marketing categories
Demonstrated understanding of selling SOW based solutions
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, sales, or related field
Must have
Recent track record of success in sales, business development, account management and recruitment management with focus on building mid-market, direct client and MSP relationships across all creative, digital, and marketing categories
High energy and collaborative individual, with a sense of ownership; self-starter and finisher
Attention to detail; very process oriented and highly disciplined
