About the Role
As our first SDR, you’ll be responsible for outbounding to marketing and technology teams through a multi-channel approach (LinkedIn, email, and cold calls). You’ll generate leads, create opportunities, and collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies.
What You’ll Do
• Execute high-volume outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
• Identify and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Represent Sortment as a brand ambassador to prospective clients.
What We’re Looking For
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or SDR role.
• A self-starter who thrives in remote, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience as an SDR for the US market is a plus.

Compensation: $100K - $150K OTE (70/30 split), with meaningful equity options (ISO), early exercise, and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
