Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume cold email sequences and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential business clients for Plannet Inc. through targeted outreach.
- Prospecting: Engage with decision-makers to schedule meetings for our sales team.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with new prospects and build trust through personalized outreach.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using our CRM, ensuring that all communications are documented and follow-up tasks are set.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff for qualified leads.
What We Offer:
- Commission-Based Pay: Earn $100 for every scheduled meeting and 2% of monthly gross sales from any business you help bring on, for the first 6 months of their bookings.
- Income Potential: With consistent outreach, you can generate $8-12K per month in commission within the first 90 days.
- Flexible Time Commitment: This role is perfect as a secondary job, allowing you to balance other professional or personal commitments.
- Growth Opportunities: As Plannet continues to scale, you’ll have the opportunity to move into full-time business development, sales, or leadership roles.
- Remote or Hybrid Work: Fully remote role with the option for hybrid work if you’re near New York, NY.
- Training & Support: Participate in live training sessions to ensure you're fully equipped for success, with ongoing mentorship from our sales team.
Who You Are:
- Driven & Results-Oriented: You’re excited by the idea of closing deals and earning commission based on your success.
- Skilled in Cold Outreach: You’ve got experience in cold email campaigns and are comfortable sending out high-volume sequences.
- Proven Communicator: You can craft personalized messages and build rapport with prospects quickly.
- Independent Worker: You’re self-motivated and thrive in remote work environments, but also enjoy collaborating with a team.
- Experience: While a background in sales or travel is a plus, we're looking for SDRs with a proven track record of generating and qualifying leads.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Commission: $100 for every scheduled meeting and 2% of gross bookings from each client you bring on during the first 6 months.
- Income Growth: $8K–$12K per month potential within the first 90 days, based on outreach volume and conversions.
- Flexible Payment Structure: Monthly payments made on the 20th of each month after bookings are closed.
