We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Account Development Manager to drive growth and nurture key travel accounts in the Western, Eastern or Central Region. What You’ll Do:
- Manage Accounts: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel industry accounts (agencies, airlines, cruise lines, etc.).
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account plans to hit sales targets and drive revenue.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions to showcase Faye’s value and solutions.
- Market Insights: Stay on top of travel industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Be the Face of Faye: Represent us at conferences, events, and industry forums.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B2C account development (travel or insurance).
- Deep knowledge of the travel industry, including agencies, airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, and OTAs.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
- A strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
