Seeking a motivated, and results-driven professionals to join our Sales Development Team in the United States region. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, the Sales Development Team plays a critical role in driving sales growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads by executing outbound campaigns, and supporting marketing initiatives, all with the goal of setting high quality meetings for our field sales teams. This role will be supporting Emergency Care, Acute Care and Sage medical divisions and reports to the manager of lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound call and email campaigns to engage business prospects within an assigned territory
- Prospect and identify key decision-makers at target companies to begin building strong relationships for Stryker product and solution introduction
- Contact, qualify, and manage leads generated from marketing and SDR outbound efforts
- Evaluate leads based on established criteria and route qualified opportunities to the assigned regional sales executive
- Research and develop both new and existing accounts by adding contacts, sending regular follow-ups, and qualifying leads into qualified pipeline opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams and leaders to maximize prospecting efforts through strategic list building, call planning, and targeted messaging
- Perform outbound calls to target companies to uncover projects, create awareness, and generate interest for multiple Stryker business units.
What you need:

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Sales/Marketing Internship preferred
- Medical Device experience preferred
