Role Summary:
We’re in search of our future sales rockstar. A hunter. Someone who’s coachable, curious, and ready to learn how to turn “just browsing” into “when can we get started?” You’ll help us find potential clients, build real relationships (not just LinkedIn ones), and spread the good word about what we do. You will be making a lasting mark on the American legal landscape. Long after we are gone and our story is written, that legacy will still remain.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and qualify leads through research, email, and social outreach like it's your job (because it is).
- Comfortable striking up conversations with strangers, quickly building rapport, and uncovering business needs.
- Present ADM’s services in a compelling way (we'll teach you how).
- Team up with our senior sales team to learn and develop sales strategies.
- Keep our CRM, Hubspot, neat and tidy.
- Help us build new internal processes.
- Stay on top of industry trends, especially AI and legal tech.
What We’re Looking For:
- Location: California preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (inside or external sales).
- You love to learn, are adaptable, empathetic, disciplined, and aren’t afraid to try new things
- Competitive, process, and goal-oriented mindset.
- You’re curious about sales tech and AI.
- Familiarity with sales intelligence and engagement platforms is a plus (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.).
