Account Executive – Managed Services & Technology Staffing
Location: Remote (PST hours required)

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a self-motivated sales professional with a background in account management or staffing sales who also has leadership potential and the desire to mentor others as our team grows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including project kickoffs and post-sales follow-up
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across technical, HR, and procurement functions
- Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure exceptional execution and customer satisfaction
- Attend quarterly client meetings and industry conferences to deepen relationships and stay informed on trends
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying Account Executive or Business Development role.
- Experience selling in the technology staffing, RPO, or managed services space is required
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex client relationships
- Proficient in tools like MS Outlook, Excel, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Location & Working Hours:
- This position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in the Pacific Time Zone and be available during standard Pacific Time business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PT).
- Onsite or hybrid arrangements are available for candidates near our San Jose, Sacramento, or Southern California offices.
