We are looking for experienced Account Executives to supercharge tab32’s adoption within the dental and healthcare technology industry. You will be responsible for owning all stages of the sales process and engaging dental service organizations. Who you will be:
- 3+ years of experience selling business critical software to Enterprise organizations
- Consistent track record of hitting quota and daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
- Experience using our tools - specifically Salesforce and Apollo/Outreach
- Notoriously organized
- You take responsibility for your own results and are constantly hunting for new opportunities
- Relentlessly inquisitive and an active listener who asks precise, effective questions
What you will do:
- Confidently own all stages of the multi-buyer sales process including cold outbounding, deal qualification, demoing, deal hygiene, negotiation, and closing deals
- Partner cross-functionally with your marketing, customer success, the exec team, etc to ensure you hit both pipe gen and ARR targets within your territory
- Execute successful discovery calls using advanced sales messages method to help build a business case for the need to change
- Use storytelling and tell-show-tell method of demos to provide concise platform overviews
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption post-singing by completing effective handovers
How you will do it:
- Use effective layered questions to quickly uncover pain points and other elements of qualification and discovery
- Follow impeccable SFDC hygiene using MEDDIC to allow senior management to quickly assess deal status
- Act as a trusted advisor for within the dental industry and show how tab32 is driving organizational change within this space
