Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and qualify inbound leads through cold calling agents and brokers (50 calls per day)
- Set up and run virtual and in-person meetings with Real Estate agents and brokers
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Educate prospects about the benefits of the products and services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Collaborate with the team to understand client's needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and client information
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
Compensation and Benefits
- Employment type: full-time
- Base compensation: $65,000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills)
- On-target earnings of $80,000 for year 1 and $150,000 for year 2
- Bonuses and uncapped commission, paid monthly

Sales Targets, KPIs:
- Meet or exceed sales targets: 3 sales meetings generated per day (2 weeks ramp-up period)
- Meet or exceed sales quotas: Monthly contract quota
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to sales activities: 150 points per day, 1-50 points per task
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction or NPS
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM (Hubspot)
Required education and certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a sales, marketing, or business administration field is preferred but not required
Required Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of sales experience is required
- Preferred sales background: SaaS, Prop-tech, Real Estate
- Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required
- Experience selling to Real Estate agents and brokers is preferred
- Title Account Executive experience is a plus
- Excellent proficiency in cold calling (50 calls per day) and handling objections
- Real estate industry knowledge is required
- Blockchain, Web3, Crypto industry knowledge is a plus
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Startup experience, and Enjoys working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively cold call, execute email and LinkedIn campaigns, and handle objections
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software to track leads and opportunities (Hubspot)
- Remote work experience is required
