Headquartered in the UK and founded by a serial entrepreneur who holds a history of building highly successful (and still existing) SaaS applications, WODBoard is studio/gym management software that helps gym owners in the functional fitness and CrossFit space run their businesses and helps their customers live healthier lives.
Our sector is besieged by long-term players, out-of-date technology and bad business practices. We're seen as a refreshing alternative that's new, upcoming and a player that is challenging the market.
Having established market dominance in the UK, we are expanding into international markets. To take us to the next level, we need a motivated and proactive Junior SDR who isn’t afraid of the phone to help increase our flow of qualified leads generated from outbound activities. Our SDR will thrive with the opportunity to have a direct impact in our future growth.
You will have the opportunity to create and grow an entirely new revenue stream with significant autonomy, while contributing to product development and overall company growth and strategy.
About the role:
You’ll work very closely with prospects to understand their pains and motivators so that you can fit product features to their requirements. As such, a highly consultative approach will be required alongside some knowledge of the functional fitness/CrossFit/fitness space
You’ll be entirely new business focussed, acquiring customers through proactive sales methods to achieve challenging sales targets.
The role will be entirely remote with occasional requirements to travel to the UK or other locations
Role Responsibilities
- Proactively source, qualify and schedule demonstrations of our software
- Use telephone, Social, email and other media to prospect and convert new clients
- Fit our product to each client through exemplary and comprehensive needs analysis
- Coordinate demonstrations, providing a clear overview of client requirements internally to ensure the best demonstration possible
- Attending Industry Conferences
- Feed into solution development to best address customer needs
- Keep and maintains high activity levels
- Contribute to marketing efforts
- Report pipelines to Sales Director to allow effective forecasting
Essential Experience
- For us, customer is key. Therefore, experience in the functional fitness/CrossFit space would be seen as essential for success in this role.
Preferred Experience
- 2 years’ experience in a similar new business sales role
- Proven experience in consultative sales/customer service
- Committed to continuous development and learning
- Proven experience of managing a sales process
- Experience in phone, social and email selling

What’s on Offer?
· $36-$38,500 DOE Base salary (OTE $60,000) with uncapped commission alongside remote working
