Responsibilities:
- Manage lead generation efforts, primarily through LinkedIn outreach and networking. We have a system for lead generation focused on this platform, so knowledge and fluency in LinkedIn is critical.
- Qualify and nurture leads through LinkedIn. Targeted on and off-platform engagement that includes direct messaging, text messages, calls and emails.
- To guide and iterate on the existing sales process.
- Help test and optimize sales messaging and outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with TW Storytelling Agency to develop a retainer-based service offering for clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a full sales cycle or business development role.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven self-starter.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to provide strategic sales support.
- Experience working with creative agencies or social impact organizations is a plus.
Salary range:
- $1,500-$2,000/month plus 10% commission on closed sales.
