A leading Software Company is seeking a results-oriented Account Executive focusing on the Digital Native sector (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, and technology-first businesses). In this role, you will be critical in identifying and closing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Location: Remote (San Francisco or Southern California)

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Compensation: $80K - $160K Total Comp (base salary + commission)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and develop relationships with decision-makers in digitally native companies.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Meet and exceed sales goals, driving new revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to provide consultative sales support.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetings to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in tech applications, SaaS, or data solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a focus on achieving results.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
