The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The role demands a high level of activity and proactive engagement with potential customers to qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team. The SDR will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that the company's sales pipeline remains full and productive

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively source new leads through various channels including cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to better understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
- Use targeted questions to gather information and assess the potential of leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure consistent communication and progress towards setting meetings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign effectiveness and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Partner with the sales team to transition qualified leads and set up meetings or demos.
- Track and report on key metrics such as number of calls made, emails sent, leads qualified, and meetings scheduled.
- Provide insights and suggestions for improving lead generation and qualification processes.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related role is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with sales tools and technologies.
