Summary
Intero Digital is seeking a confident and outgoing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Sales Development Representatives are responsible for setting up sales calls, supporting the sales team, and providing exceptional service to prospects with a friendly, confident, and well-informed approach.
Responsibilities
· Initiate outbound phone calls and emails to engage prospects with the goal of setting a specific number of calls per week with sales team members.
· Navigate SEO + Marketing tools to provide data to our prospects.
· Demonstrate excellent soft skills to guide conversations with prospects effectively.
· Adhere to established turnaround times, productivity and quality standards.
· Continued learning about the digital marketing space to educate our potential prospects.

o Dialer - Cloud-based call center software

Compensation & Benefits
· Hourly Rate: $26.44
o Equivalent to an annual salary of $55,000 with additional bonus opportunities.
o On-Target Earnings of $75,000.
· Overtime: Eligible for overtime as per company policy and applicable laws.
