Titan Growth (a division of Intero Digital) is seeking a confident and outgoing Sales Development Representative to join our California team (remote work is optional).
Roles & Responsibilities
· Initiate outbound phone calls to engage prospects.
· Identify and communicate with potential clients through prospecting activities.
· Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrate excellent soft skills to guide conversations effectively.
· Adhere to established turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards.
· Fulfill daily tasks through written, verbal, and phone-based communication.
· Provide exceptional service with a friendly, confident, and well-informed approach.
Required Qualifications
· College graduate or equivalent experience
· Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
· Ability to communicate effectively with prospects.
· Experience using Salesforce or similar crm.
· Accountable and motivated by results.
· Capable of critical thinking, problem-solving, and assertiveness.
· Open to constructive feedback and adaptable to changes.
· Effective planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
· Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications.
· Self-starter who can work in a remote environment without direct supervision.
· Experience cold-calling is a plus.
Compensation/Benefits
· Base pay of $55,000 with additional bonus opportunities (On-Target Earnings of $75,000).
